a.     We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our limited-edition fine art prints. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

b.    All returns must comply with the conditions outlined below.

2.   Eligibility:

a.     Only unaltered and undamaged prints in their original condition are eligible for return.

b.    Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

3.   Return Process:

a.     To initiate a return, please contact our team via email at info@estebanjcampos.com, providing your order details and reason for the return.

b.    Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.

c.     The RMA number must be clearly marked on the return package.

4.   Packaging and Shipping:

a.     Please ensure that the print is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

b.    We recommend using the original packaging materials whenever possible.

c.     Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5.   Refunds and Exchanges:

a.     Upon receiving and inspecting the returned print, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, excluding any shipping charges.

b.    Alternatively, if you prefer an exchange, we will assist you in selecting a different limited edition fine art print of equal value.

c.    If the exchange print's value exceeds the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

6.   Exceptions:

a.     Customized or personalized prints are not eligible for return, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

b.    Prints that have been damaged or altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

c.     In the case you were charged with custom taxes fee, this concept will not be eligible for return.

b.    We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect for our records and to initiate the return process.

8.   Final Sale:

a.     Prints purchased during promotional, or clearance sales marked as "Final Sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable.
